China International MICE Exchange (CIMX) is a dedicated B2B platform for China’s meetings, incentives, conferences and events industry, connecting international destinations and MICE suppliers with corporate decision-makers, associations, agencies and professional buyers from China and around the world. Organized by Messe Berlin China, the event is designed as a gateway for companies seeking to develop business within China’s rapidly evolving MICE market and strengthen cross-border partnerships.
The event combines an exhibition with curated business matchmaking, pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, networking and a dedicated conference programme. Exhibitors span the full MICE value chain, including convention bureaus, destinations, hotels and resorts, venues, airlines, cruise companies, destination management companies, event organizers and technology providers. The accompanying CIMX Conference addresses topics including incentive travel, event design, association meetings, technology, innovation and China’s role in the global business-events market.
For hotel groups, venues and hospitality suppliers, CIMX offers direct access to planners and buyers responsible for meetings, corporate events and incentive travel, while providing insight into the changing requirements of Chinese organizations and international companies operating in the market. The inaugural edition takes place from 3–5 November 2026 at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, bringing together more than 200 exhibitors, over 350 hosted buyers and thousands of professional visitors.
