Japan Airlines Corp., undergoing a state-backed rehabilitation process, plans to sell its hotel operating unit JAL Hotels Co. to the operator of Hotel Okura, as part of its efforts to swiftly return to profitability by focusing on its mainstay business, sources familiar with the matter said Friday.
