The German government is trying once again to sell its famous five-star hotel, but market participants say the property, on a mountainside overlooking the former West German capital of Bonn, will be a hard sell. The Grandhotel Petersberg, the government's former guesthouse, first went on the market—with no success—shortly before a reunified Germany moved its capital back to Berlin.
