Hospitality workers are the "best face of Britain" and any criticism that jobs in cafes, bars and restaurants are a "stopgap" are old-fashioned, according to a Government minister. Employment minister Priti Patel will use a speech to the British Hospitality Association to herald the two million UK jobs growth since 2010 and praise hospitality workers for delivering modern and attractive career options.
