ATLANTA, GA. – The Westin Peachtree Plaza, The Westin Atlanta North at Perimeter and The Westin Atlanta Airport

The hotels are hosting a breakfast at The Westin Peachtree Plaza complete with clouds, a harpist, Heavenly Beds and a briefing by Ted Darnall, President-North America for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

BOSTON, MASS. – The Westin Waltham-Boston

The hotel will display the bed in the lobby and give guests the opportunity to win a Heavenly Bed and two-night accommodations at The Westin Innisbrook Resort, including two rounds of golf.

CHICAGO, ILL. – The Westin Michigan Avenue, The Westin O'Hare and The Westin River North

Chicago's Westin properties are launching the bed with a heavenly stunt at The Westin Michigan Avenue hosted by Juergen Bartels, Chief Executive Officer of Starwood's Hotel Group. The Heavenly Bed will be lowered from the roof of the hotel onto the sidewalk through a curtain of billowing smoke. Live "Angels" will accompany the bed's descent and as it touches down, rapid inflated "flames" will surround the bed.

CINCINNATI, OHIO – The Westin Cincinnati

The hotel celebrates with a "Let's Spend the Night Together" slumber party, complete with cookies and milk at bedtime and breakfast in bed the next morning. Not to be outdone, the 6'3", 230-lb. director of sales and marketing will be dressed as an angel with feather wings and a golden halo!

DALLAS, TEXAS – The Westin Galleria, The Westin Park Central and The Westin Stonebriar (to open 2000)

Heavenly Beds will be driven around North Dallas on flat bed trucks during the morning rush hour and locals will be challenged to disclose the beds' locations to win Westin gift certificates and other prizes.

DENVER, COLO. – The Westin Tabor Center and The Westin Westminster (to open March 2000)

The hotel will host a "Bon Voyage Luncheon in Bed" to send off managers from both hotels in a bedroom on wheels (a 40-foot luxury motor coach) to deliver breakfast in bed to meeting planners at suburban high tech companies.

DETROIT, MICH. – The Westin Southfield-Detroit

After a "Breakfast in Bed" news conference featuring Heavenly Bed nightcaps, breakfast and a masseuse, the hotel will host "Heavenly Bed Power Naps." Packages will be given away and include Sleepytime tea service, breakfast in bed, turn down service with milk and cookies and a Heavenly Bed night cap.

HOUSTON, TEXAS – The Westin Galleria & Oaks The Heavenly Bed will make a special appearance on Westheimer Road, one of the highest traffic areas of the city.

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. – The Westin Suites Indianapolis North and The Westin Indianapolis

The hotels are hosting "The Pajama Game," encouraging locals to visit the downtown hotel today sporting their craziest pajamas for a chance to receive an all-expense paid Florida vacation or a Heavenly Bed of their own. The

hotels will also celebrate the launch with a celebrity event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in mid-September.

LOS ANGELES, CALIF.

ABC Entertainment Center in Century City when the hotel celebrates the national roll-out with photo ops in The Heavenly Bed with celebrity look-alikes such as George Clooney and Marilyn Monro.

The hotel's Heavenly Bed unveiling will benefit the Inglewood Boys & Girls Club, with guests including famous athletes and the mayor of Inglewood. The event will include a drawing contest for children of what they think The Heavenly Bed will look like in the year 3000.

LONG BEACH, CALIF. – The Westin Long Beach

Elite runners from Team Nike join representatives of the Long Beach Marathon and The American Diabetes Foundation for the joint introduction of The Heavenly Bed and the hotel's new awards and donation program for the upcoming Long Beach marathon. Entitled "Run like the devil. Sleep like an angel," the new program presents the first place marathon runners and wheelchair finishers with Heavenly Beds. The hotel will also donate 10% of room revenues during marathon weekend to The American Diabetes Association.

MAUI, HAWAII – The Westin Maui

The hotel has a full day of heavenly events planned, starting with a "Breakfast in Bed" reception in the Presidential Suite. The group will participate in a "Pillow Toss" from the suite balcony to The Heavenly Bed positioned below, with the winner receiving a Heavenly Bed. Other activities include a bed race and a heavenly golf shot contest on the 17th hole of the Kaanapali North Course.

PHILADELPHIA, PA. – The Westin Suites Philadelphia Airport

The hotel will host a heavenly luncheon complete with teddy bear gifts and servers in cloud pajamas.

PITTSBURGH, PA. – The Westin William Penn

The hotel has created a special essay contest encouraging locals to submit an essay explaining why they would "Go through hell to get to heaven." Five entrants will be given the opportunity to live in a Heavenly Bed in the hotel lobby, with the one who lasts the longest receiving their own Heavenly Bed.

PORTLAND, ORE. – The Westin Portland

The hotel will host a September Internet auction of a Heavenly Bed with proceeds benefiting the Oregon Humane Society. The Heavenly Bed will also be on display at the Sept. 24th Bonnie Raitt concert at the Portland Meadows.

RANCHO MIRAGE, CALIF. – The Westin Mission Hills Resort

In an effort to get as close to heaven as possible, the resort will place The Heavenly Bed 8,516 feet in the air atop the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – The Westin La Cantera Resort and The Westin Riverwalk (to open Nov. 1999)

The downtown library hosts a "heavenly read-a-thon" with proceeds donated to the San Antonio Library Foundation. The event commences with a press conference and continues with pajama-clad readers relaxing in The Heavenly Bed while reading to the crowd's little "angels" (infants and children outfitted in pajamas with wings).

SAN DIEGO, CALIF. – The Westin Horton Plaza and The Westin Harbor Island

San Diego's Horton Square turns into a bit of heaven with a fundraiser benefiting The National Kidney Foundation, The Boys and Girls Club of San Diego and the St. Vincent de Paul Society. The hotels' "Heaven on Earth Day" will feature heavenly food, harp music, model "angels" and photo opportunities with celebrities such as the Padres' Trevor Hoffman and Eric Owens and the San Diego Charger Girls. Also, St. Vincent de Paul's Father Joe Carroll, a San Diego personality, will give an official blessing on the event and all participants will be entered into prize drawings.

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. – The Westin St. Francis

The hotel will host a "Heavenly Revival and Celestial Breakfast". The acclaimed Harlem Gospel Singers will join the celebration live from London, Paris, Rome and Washington, DC to add their spiritual energy to the heavenly event.

SAVANNAH, GA. – The Westin Savannah Harbor Resort (to open Dec. 1999)

The hotel will float a replica Westin guest room, complete with The Heavenly Bed, on a river barge in front on the hotel construction site. To complete the event, the hotel has arranged for a business traveler to repel from a helicopter and land safely on the floating bed.

SEATTLE, WASH. - The Westin Seattle

The bed will be perched from the city's closest attraction to heaven, The Space Needle. The bed will also be displayed in front of the hotel, with pajama-clad employees reading bedtime stories and serving turn down mints.

STAMFORD, CONN. – The Westin Stamford

The hotel will hold a three-day event celebrating the fairytale "The Princess & The Pea." Guests will test Heavenly Beds throughout the lobby and vote which one has the hidden pea. Winners will win their own Heavenly Bed.

TAMPA BAY, FLA. – The Westin Innisbrook Resort

The resort has planned a brunch in the resort's new conference center, with a staged act to compare a good night's sleep to the tribulations of a poor night's sleep.

TUCSON, ARIZ. – The Westin La Paloma

The Heavenly Bed will descend in El Con Mall's parking lot adjacent to one of Tucson's major boulevards. Locals are invited to stop by and enjoy a Westin catered "Heavenly Breakfast" with proceeds donated to the Angel Charity for Children, Inc.

WASHINGTON, DC – The Westin Fairfax and The Westin Grand

The Heavenly Bed will go on a three-day Washington, DC tour to five landmark locations. Visitors may test this innovative product at all locations and register to win their very own Heavenly Bed.

TORONTO, ONTARIO – The Westin Harbour Castle and The Westin Prince

Here the bed will make its debut in the Sleep Laboratory of the renowned King's Medical Center, with the director of the laboratory on hand to address sleep and the business traveler and comment on the results of Westin's sleep study. During the unveiling, an angel will flutter above the bed while a business traveler collapses with delight into the bed.

VANCOUVER, B.C. – The Westin Grand, Vancouver

The hotel has planned a "heavenly sleep over" for local media and community members.

WHISTLER, B.C. – The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler (to open Jan. 2000)

The bed will make its introduction high atop the international ski destination, Whistler/Blackcomb Mountain. Here it will be found at the top of the ski run called "Seventh Heaven," accompanied by celebrity skiers.

ST. JOHN, USVI – The Westin Resort, St. John

The hotel is hosting "A Little Slice of Heaven" seaside event with U.S. Women's Soccer hero Brandi Chastain. Chastain will float in the lagoon upon a Heavenly Bed and once on shore, will be carried "on the wings of angels" by six heavenly hunks.
