This new version adds Web Reservations, Kiosk, and Floor Plan capabilities to an already impressive list of features. Every property can have its own central reservations system on the internet. Web reservations are made by guests online by accessing a link to our internet servers. Secure transactions and information updated regularly are maintained. The guests receive e-mails from the properties confirming their reservations. Small or individual properties no longer have to feel left out of the online expansion of the market.

NiteVision kiosks offer reduction in staffing and increases in convenience. Managers don't have to wait an hour or more for another clerk to arrive to handle the overflow of guests. A kiosk is always on duty with real-time information. Guests can check in, check out, make reservations, preview charges, and check e-mail. Owners can sell advertising space on the kiosk screen and include the advertisers in the concierge file. A printer, a credit card reader, and a key-card maker can be added for a truly unattended solution.

An interactive floor plan provides for a quick visual reference of the property. The interactive floor plan screen gives an overview of the property and still contains most of the major guest functions. Guests can be shown the location of the room, a picture of the room, and a print out of directions.

E-mail is built-in. Clerks can send confirmation letters by e-mail to guests and send reports to managers. Folios can be sent to accounts receivable companies. Clerks have a choice of four different formats: text, pdf, rtf, xls, and html.
