Maestro was previously distributed in North America by InnFinite Systems and Ramesys; these companies will no longer be able to offer the Maestro Suite of hospitality solutions.

NORTHWIND is also adding two new distributors in the United Kingdom, Maitre D and Quadranet Systems. These companies will replace the previous distributor Ramesys UK in two European regions. The strategic move to reshape Maestro distribution will strengthen product support and client services by improving NORTHWIND's communications with its users. By concentrating customer care for the extensive North American region, and the Caribbean, in NORTHWIND's corporate offices in Markham, Ontario, the company will be able to more closely monitor client satisfaction.
