Markham, ON | NORTHWIND, a provider of enterprise property management and reservation solutions for hospitality, announced today it successfully completed the rollout of its Maestro(tm) Front Office and Yield Management Systems to 65 Suburban Extended Stay Hotels, franchised by Suburban Franchise Systems, Inc. (SFS). The Maestro system is deployed on a secure ASP architecture that incorporates a centralized database to consolidate chain information. Suburban Franchise Systems will utilize Maestro's extended stay property functionality and consolidated reporting, trend analysis, and forecasting to support the brand's sales and marketing strategies.
Maestro's robust multi-property, multi-owner functionality was a perfect fit for this ASP implementation. Since nearly all of Maestro's Front Office functions are accessed from a single screen, SFS hotel staff were able to learn the system quickly."
Suburban Extended Stay Hotels share the same client database for instant guest recognition system-wide, and individual hotels will have their own protected reservation databases for security. SFS will use consolidated chain statistical information to develop best practices across all properties. Each Suburban Extended Stay Hotel has its own Yield Management module for rate maximization. NORTHWIND provides interface technology for credit card processing, call accounting, voice mail and other property-based systems.
