JJW Hotels & Resorts France choose Optims-Amadeus Hospitality management solutions

Evry, France -- Optims-Amadeus Hospitality (Evry, France), the leading global provider of Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and IT-enabling solutions dedicated to the tourism, hospitality and catering industries has been selected by JJW Hotels & Resorts France to implement FrontRes and RestoRes management solution for eight of its prestigious Paris hotels.

FrontRes and Restores solutions will give management at JJW France’s head office a real-time and global view of the group’s performance by automatically uploading data from each of the five hotels to the central server. With this vital information at their fingertips, the group can react much more quickly to maximise ocupancy and RevPAR across the group. The head office server automatically consolidates the data from up to 30 properties at the same time, with a unique coding for each hotel. This saves time and improves management decisions.

By the end of the first quarter 2006 the advanced solutions will be running at five of the group’s hotels: Hôtel Balzac****Sup (opening June 2006), Hôtel de Vigny ****Sup (Member of Relais et Châteaux), Hôtel Amarante Arc de Triomphe****, Hôtel Amarante Beau Manoir****, Hôtel Amarante Champs Elysées****.

By the end of the second quarter, a further two hotels will have installed the solutions: Median Paris Congrès – Median Paris Porte de Versailles. “Centralization enables our hotels to work in synergy with each other, which ensures with better and more accurate management. At the same time we needed a system which was guaranteed operational, 24-hours-a-day. FrontRes and Restores solutions are not only innovative but also simple and easy to use.
