Park Hyatt Jeddah Installs TAC's Spa & Activity Software
At Park Hyatt Jeddah, TAC has recently installed the Spa & Activity Software "Reservation Assistant" in Saudi Arabia for the first time and with this breaks the 50-countries-barriere. The software now takes care of optimized allocation of resources and increased efficiency in spas and wellness operations in 51 countries on all continents around the globe.
Everyday over 350 customers with more than 4,500 users work with Reservation Assistant. "This proves that the software has been developed for all challenges the international hospitality and spa industry has to offer", says Thomas Roessler, Managing Director of TAC.
Despite its worldwide use, the software is individually adjusted to every customer and the demands of every particular country. Reservation Assistant is available in 15 different languages, for example Finnish, Turkish, Russian and Latvian. Furthermore, the software is not only available as a fixed installation, but can also be used as an ASP solution via the Internet. Various renowned customers such as Hyatt rely on this variant. The software is installed on a database provided by TAC. Hyatt can access the system via the Internet from a site anywhere around the world and in this way does not have to buy and maintain the required hardware.
