TeleAdapt Attends International Thought Exchange in Shanghai as Business Thinker 2010 Regional Finalist

TeleAdapt is one of 53 regional finalists to be chosen out of 2,000 British-owned companies competing for the title of Business Thinker 2010, presented by Telegraph Media Group and HSBC. As a finalist, TeleAdapt CEO Gordon Brown attended an International Thought Exchange Programme in Shanghai, an event where businesses are encouraged to build relationships, exchange ideas and promote their businesses in People's Republic of China. Other Thought Exchange events took place in Mexico City, Mexico and Istanbul, Turkey.
Brown blogs about his experiences from the Thought Exchange in the Telegraph News: "For the first time in several years it was an opportunity to take a "helicopter view," to discuss business issues and opportunities with like-minded entrepreneurs and to see China - a market I supposedly knew well - in a different light, and with a "top down" approach."

This month, the 53 regional finalists will be whittled down to 18 finalists. United Kingdom's overall Business Thinker 2010 winner will be announced in December during the finale event in Hong Kong. The 18 finalists will share upwards of £90 million in lending by HSBC as well as mentoring from some of the world's finest management thinkers.
