Langham Hospitality Group Commences Eaton Expansion into Southern China
First Eaton Luxe Hotel set to open in Shenzhen Warmsun•International Complex in late 2013
The group has sealed a management deal with Shenzhen Warmsun Real Estate Development to open the upscale Eaton Luxe, Shajing, Shenzhen, China in the Warmsun•International Complex in late 2013.
Langham Hospitality Group has signed its fifth Eaton property as the Asian-centric brand based on the principles of essential hospitality proves popular with owners and developers.
The group has sealed a management deal with Shenzhen Warmsun Real Estate Development to open the upscale Eaton Luxe, Shajing, Shenzhen, China in the Warmsun•International Complex in late 2013.
Eaton Luxe, Shajing, Shenzhen will offer 220 spacious suites and rooms featuring all of today's essential comforts for the road warrior. Each living space is designed with sophisticated simplicity in mind to create a natural soothing atmosphere to relax and help make guests feel at home.
Located in the Warmsun•International Complex in Shajing, this upscale luxury property includes three contemporary dining facilities, a 1,000 square metre Ballroom as well as a host of meeting facilities to cater some of the city's special events.

The property forms part of a mixed used development that is part of an urban renewal project. It will include residential, commercial and retail elements in the heart of the Shenzhen's industrial zone. The Fortune 500 retail giant WalMart has also confirmed it will become an anchor tenant.
Located just 8km from the Fuyong Ferry Terminal; 10km from Baoan International Airport, and close to the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Superhighway, the Warmsun•International Complex is an ideal for domestic and international business travellers . The complex is also a short drive from 2 major industrial areas – the Jinggang Industrial Town and Shapo Wai Industrial Zone.
The Warmsun•International Complex has been designated as one of Shenzhen's 10 major Urban Renewal projects aimed to spur economic growth and attract local and foreign investors.
