New York -- HVS Executive Search will execute the first annual hotel property level compensation study for the Canadian hotel industry. The goal of the study is to review total rewards and provide benchmarking and best-practice analysis for executive compensation trends and practices at Canadian hotels of all sizes and segments. It will report on critical items such as compensation statistics (annual compensation, value of long-term incentives), retirement contributions and other compensation trends.
