SHTM Hong Kong to Launch Executive Masters in Global Hospitality Leadership
In the fast-paced hospitality industry, increasing competitiveness is pushing organisations to seek ever more adaptable senior executives who can strengthen leadership strategies and boost competitive advantages. The Executive Masters (EM) in Global Hospitality Leadership is designed to meet the needs of these executives in their pursuit of global leadership in the ever evolving hospitality business.
The EM programme is tailor-made for mature and seasoned executives with more than 10 years of management experience in the hospitality industry. To suit their busy schedules, the programme will be run on a part-time basis, with subjects offered in block release mode over two weekends each.
As its name suggests, the EM programme will have an international focus, but it will also recognise the importance of hospitality in the Asia-Pacific region. Its participant-centred teaching and learning methods as well as flexible delivery pattern will enable busy executives to set their own pace in completing subjects and developing their skills.
Networking will be another important aspect of the programme. The small class size and attendance by high-level executives will offer a rare opportunity for the elite of the industry to come together for in-depth discussions of the issues that are most relevant to their careers.
