Kura Hulanda Resorts Enlists Sandton Hotels to Manage its Two Willemstad, Curaçao Properties
Will Rebrand as the Sandton Kura Hulanda Hotel & Spa and the Sandton Kura Hulanda Lodge & Beach Club
Kura Hulanda Resorts, comprised of Hotel Kura Hulanda and Lodge Kura Hulanda & Beach Club, has enlisted Sandton Hotels, a Netherlands-based hospitality management and services company, to handle day-to-day operations for their boutique luxury properties. Ownership of Kura Hulanda Resorts, founded by Jacob Gelt Dekker, will remain the same. Sandton Hotels will be responsible for resort operations, repositioning, staffing and international sales...

Other notable changes include:
- A resort restructuring and name change of the property titles from Hotel Kura Hulanda Spa & Casino to Sandton Kura Hulanda Hotel & Spa, and Lodge Kura Hulanda & Beach Club to Sandton Kura Hulanda Lodge & Beach Club
- Claire Groeneveld, formerly of Blue Bay Hotel & Beach at Blue Bay Curaçao, named Group General Manager for Sandton Kura Hulanda Hotel & Spa and Sandton Kura Hulanda Lodge & Beach Club
- Henk Scherpenhuysen named General Manager for Sandton Kura Hulanda Lodge & Beach Club
- Shirley Geerman to serve as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing and PR for both Sandton Kura Hulanda properties
