Third Edition of AHTEC@HOFEX to Deliver Outlook on the Changing Technology Market
Since its launch in 2011, AHTEC@HOFEX (the Asian Hospitality Technology Education Conference) has been a well-received program focusing on the most current technology concerns within the hospitality industry. In response, its organizers have announced its third edition for May 7-8 with the exhibition portion continuing through May 10 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Hong Kong.

In response, its organizers have announced its third edition for May 7-8 with the exhibition portion continuing through May 10 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Hong Kong. The organizers, Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP), Hong Kong Exhibition Services Ltd (HKES) and Pertlink, have recruited top local and international expert speakers to provide a valuable education slate to participants.
This year's conference, held in conjunction with HOFEX and the Regional Hotel General Managers' Forum, will focus on technology trends including guest technology, data security and infrastructure. Scheduled to speak on the program are HFTP CEO, Frank Wolfe, CAE, and HFTP Global President Raman P. Rama, CHA, CHAE, CHTP, CIO/CTO and vice president for JHM Hotels.
Industry experts such as, Rajagopal Gampa, corporate director of IT for New World Hotels and Basak Denizci Guillet, Ph.D., CHE, assistant professor of financial revenue management and executive masters program leader for the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at Hong Kong Polytechnic University are also part of the top notch education program.
