Italy’s Royal Group Launches New Hotel Distribution Strategy With Trust International

Italy-based Royal Group has partnered with Trust International to implement its new global distribution strategy. Royal Group's hotels in the most beautiful cities of Italy - Roma, Sorrento, Napoli and Capri - are utilizing the Trust technology in their own reservation offices and on Royal Group's website to provide their guests with feature-rich information and direct, real-time access to rates, availability and descriptive content for their properties.
Royal Group has also implemented Trust's central reservation system (CRS) yourVoyager interfaced with the Protel property management system (PMS) to connect the hotels to the global distribution systems (GDS) and online travel agencies (OTA). Via the new Trust|iCRO module, the reservation office software for which is implemented in the reservation offices of the group, the agents can access all hotel data and rich media, as well as information on corporate rates for all properties of the group.
