Hoteles City Express Announces the Opening of Four Hotels Reaching 96 Hotels in Operation

Hoteles City Express, S.A.B. de C.V. ("Hoteles City Express" or "the Company") (BMV: HCITY) has announced the opening dates of City Express Plus Monterrey Nuevo Sur, City Express Matamoros, City Express Salamanca and City Express Junior Villahermosa, reaching a total of 96 hotels in operation.

City Express Plus Monterrey Nuevo Sur has 138 rooms, representing the fourth hotel of the chain in the city of Monterrey. The hotel is geared towards travelers with business and commercial activities, as well as financial and specialized services in one of the most economically dynamic cities in Mexico. The hotel will operate under a 100% ownership scheme and opens on December 18, 2014.

On December 22, 2014, the City Express Matamoros will initiate operations with 113 rooms, representing the fifth property in the state of Tamaulipas. This hotel is located in the border corridor of Northeast Mexico, and aims to accommodate travelers involved in the commercial, services, energy and export sectors. The investment is wholly owned by the Company.

City Express Salamanca is located in the heart of Guanajuato and is Hoteles' sixth property in the state. It will primarily serve business travelers with activities in the Bajio region in industries such as manufacturing. The hotel is 100% owned by the Company, has 119 rooms and will begin operations on December 23, 2014.

City Express Junior Villahermosa, 100% owned by the Company, will begin operations on December 28, 2014. With 136 rooms, the hotel will host guests with business activities related mainly to the energy sector, in one of the most economically dynamic cities in the Gulf of Mexico. This property represents the third hotel of the chain in the state of Tabasco and the second one in the city of Villahermosa.

With these new openings, the Company continues extending its leadership in the limited services segment nationally and increases its geographic coverage across Mexico with 96 hotels in operation. Hoteles City Express aims to conclude its 2014 Development Pipeline in the first few weeks of 2015.
