HTL hotels and hetras say hello to Oslo

HTL hotels, the Stockholm-based new generation hotel company, is opening two properties in Oslo this year: the first opened in January and the second is scheduled to open during late spring. Just as at HTL in Stockholm, hetras is the PMS technology partner for the HTL hotels.

Joachim Högefjord, Managing Director of HTL hotels says, "We have created a fascinating new product in the hospitality industry that is generating interest from the future generation of traveler covering all ages and segments. Our goal is to open up to 20 hotels over the coming 5 years and our hotels with great city location, high quality at an attractive price is what will make us successful."

HTL offers their guests a smart digital yet individual travel experience for an improved guest experience. HTL guests can choose to check in via smartphone and receive a mobile key on their way to the hotel or use the tablet kiosk in the hotel lounge. The HTL mobile key app also contains hotel information and a city guide.

Hosts and hostesses in the HTL hotel lounge have replaced traditional front desk staff and are always available for hotel guests to help with everything from offering city tips to serving food and drinks.
