World's Leading Hospitality Consulting Organization, HVS (Hao Wei Sheng - 豪威盛), Re-Structures its Presence in China, as of 1st February 2015

HVS, the world' leading hospitality consulting and services organization, today announced the re-structuring of its presence in China to further strengthen its prowess in the region. HVS will now operate in the country under its new Chinese name Hao Wei Sheng (豪威盛) and continue to offer Consulting & Valuation services through its offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

Leading the HVS Greater China offices and team, will be Daniel J Voellm, Managing Partner, HVS Asia Pacific. Dan has extensive knowledge on all major markets across 18 countries in the Asia Pacific region, and has offered consulting advice in China since 2008. He started his career at HVS headquarters in New York as Vice President, where he conducted a wide range of appraisals and market studies, as well as underwriting due diligence services in 22 US states and in Canada. With a focus on the Chinese market, he brings a strong understanding of the hospitality industry in the region that is evident from the reports and articles that Dan and his team have written over the years. The HVS Greater China offices have completed over 800 assignments and continue to be considered strategic advisors to key industry stakeholders in the region.
