HSMAI’s Washington DC Chapter to Host Revenue Optimization Educational Event
The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International's Washington DC Chapter will host an educational and networking event, "Revenue Optimization is a Team Sport," for area hotel industry professionals June 10 beginning at 4 p.m. at the Washington Marriott Georgetown hotel.
The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International's Washington DC Chapter will host an educational and networking event, "Revenue Optimization is a Team Sport," for area hotel industry professionals June 10 beginning at 4 p.m. at the Washington Marriott Georgetown hotel.
The event will feature a presentation by Karen Wollard, associate director of professional and continuing education at Florida International University's Institute for Hospitality & Tourism Education & Research, and Fran Brasseux, HSMAI executive vice president. They will present highlights from the new online course, RO2Win, developed by FIU and HSMAI. Following their presentation, a panel of hotel sales directors and revenue managers will discuss real-world best practices.
"This event was designed to offer winning techniques for a successful sales and revenue management relationship," said Brasseux. "Takeaways will include a new model for revenue and sales meetings and real-life stories and practices attendees can implement in their businesses to produce better revenue results."
