Leading the ribbon cutting ceremony last 28 November 2015 were SACOM Tuyen Lam JSC Chairman - Mr. Do Van Truc, Lam Dong People's Committee Vice President – Mr. Phan Van Da, and Swiss-Belhotel International Chairman and President – Mr. Gavin M. Faull.
