Langham Hospitality Group Announces First Hotel In Texas, Langham Place, Wade Park

Langham Hospitality Group has signed its first hotel in Texas with the announcement of Langham Place, Wade Park, in Frisco, Texas, part of the luxury Langham Hotels and Resorts brand. Located along the Dallas North Tollway at Lebanon Road, the hotel is one facet of a $1.6 billion, 175-acre development created by Thomas Land & Development. It will open in early 2018; hotel groundbreaking will take place later this year.

Designed by 5G Studio Collaborative in Dallas, the hotel will be sleek and modern with a total of 35 floors, including 25 hotel floors and 10 floors of residences. Guests will be able to choose from 250 stylish and spacious guest rooms, including several one- and two-bedroom suites and two impressive 2,906 square-foot Presidential Suites; more than 25,000 square-feet of meeting and convention space, including boutique meeting rooms to accommodate surrounding businesses like those in the two surrounding office towers; a beautiful rooftop pool deck, full-service bar, and courtyard, which will be available for outdoor events, with adjoining walkway bridge to the office tower and iPic Theaters; and a Chuan Body + Soul spa, featuring a signature menu of body and facial treatments based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.

When it opens in early 2018, this luxury property will join an impressive line-up of retail, restaurant and entertainment tenants set to open in Wade Park's first phase in spring 2017, including Whole Foods Market®, iPic Theaters and Sur La Table.Thomas Land and Development broke ground on Wade Park in August 2014.
