RLHC Debuts at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

SPOKANE, Wash. -- After signing a record 38 agreements last year, RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) (NYSE:RLH) continues to hit major milestones. The company announced today it has completed a six-month renovation to reposition the hotel as Red Lion Hotel Atlanta Airport. This is the company's first location in the greater Atlanta metro area and first property to adopt the new Red Lion Hotel guest room prototype design.

"This is a welcome addition to our East Coast portfolio of properties, which includes Red Lion Inn & Suites Brooklyn, Red Lion Hotel Harrisburg, Red Lion Hotel Orlando-Kissimmee Maingate, Hotel RL Baltimore and Hotel RL Washington D.C.," said RLHC President & CEO Greg Mount. "This hotel was built with the intent of showing the transformational opportunity that exists for capitalized assets adopting the repositioned Red Lion brand."

The Red Lion Hotel Atlanta International Airport, located at 1419 Virginia Avenue, is just one mile from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and eight miles southwest of downtown Atlanta. Major updates to the six-story property include a fresh lobby concept with new furniture, reimagined public spaces, new exterior signage and enhanced landscaping. The 246 guest rooms were also refurbished with new furnishings and amenities, maximizing the guest experience while keeping the room product synonymous with comfort.

In addition to other service amenities, the hotel will offer complimentary onsite airport shuttle service and local transportation pickup and drop-off from the College Park and MARTA light rail stations.
