Cedar Rapids, Iowa -- The 95-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is scheduled to open today. Located at 730 33rd Avenue SW, the all-suite Residence Inn Cedar Rapids South will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Hawkeye Hotels of Burlington, Iowa.
