LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- The Brandman Agency is pleased to announce Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown – the forthcoming flagship property for the fast-growing Hotel Indigo brand – as the newest addition to its worldwide luxury travel and lifestyle portfolio. With a prime location in the rapidly growing Downtown Historic Core and a unique design-driven interior incorporating elements of the city's colorful history, Hotel Indigo is poised to be the new urban retreat for guests looking to re-discover Los Angeles' past in the midst of a booming downtown resurgence.

As one of four towers central to downtown's new Metropolis development, Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown will be comprised of 18 floors, 350 guest rooms and suites, and will offer convenient access to a variety of entertainment, dining and shopping options, including the iconic L.A. Live sports and entertainment complex, Staples Center, Los Angeles Convention Center, and the city's Jewelry District.

The hotel's storytelling interior design – conceived by Hirsch Bedner Associates – will pay homage to the early 20th century in Los Angeles with playful nods to historic Chinatown, Hollywood's Golden Age, La Fiesta de las Flores (Downtown's precursor to Pasadena's now-famed Rose Parade), and the underground speakeasies of the Prohibition Era. The hotel's guest rooms and suites will each be reflective of the vibrant surrounding neighborhood with backdrops portraying colorful and lively scenes from 20th century Los Angeles. 18 Social, the hotel's top floor cocktail lounge, will feature sweeping views of the dazzling city skyline and a contemporary décor that mirrors Los Angeles' world-famous nightlife. Metropole Bar + Kitchen, the hotel's ground floor restaurant offering innovative twists on local classics, will feature a circular entrance mimicking the days where underground tunnels transported spirits (among other contraband) to the city's unmarked watering holes. Additionally, the hotel will feature an elegant lobby lounge and bar, outdoor swimming pool and deck, and an on-site fitness center.
