Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Strengthens Its Presence in China with the Opening of Sheraton Huangdao Hotel

Qingdao, China -- Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR), today announced the opening of Sheraton Huangdao Hotel, located within the Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone (QWTDZ). The opening of Sheraton Huangdao Hotel marks the third property in Qingdao, underscoring the popularity and demand for Marriott's most global brand in the region.

Sheraton Huangdao Hotel features 350 spacious guestrooms and suites, most featuring spectacular sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room features premium sleep and bath amenities, 43" LCD televisions, and high-speed internet access.
