Laboy comes to NextGuest with a wealth of experience, having served over 30 years in a wide range of leadership positions across the hospitality, travel, and technology industries. He recently served as Founder and CEO of Encore Hospitality Solutions, a digital consulting firm, prior to which he was CEO of WayBlazer, the world's first artificial-intelligence company for travel. Laboy was the founding President of Sabre Hospitality Solutions, one of the largest hotel technology providers in the world. Laboy also served as CEO and Co-founder of E-site Marketing, a leading digital marketing firm focused exclusively on the hospitality industry, founded in 1999 and sold to Sabre Holdings in 2007.

Laboy's career in the hospitality sector started when he was 13 years old. He began by working in hotels and later attended the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. His career took him to companies such as Ritz Carlton Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels, and the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau.
