Following its recent $50 million investment from four major hospitality companies—Accor, Hilton, IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) and Marriott International— Groups360™, a leading online marketplace for meetings, has expanded its leadership team with the addition of five new vice presidents, including Jennifer Boyer, vice president of financial planning and analysis; Marion Ligon, vice president of human resources; Christian Oliver, vice president of product; Brian Kissee, vice president of customer success; and Hal Hassall, vice president of marketing.

"This is a season of rapid growth at Groups360, but we're not just expanding our leadership team. We're bringing in the right people with the right experience to take Groups360 to the next level," said CEO Kemp Gallineau, CEO for Groups360. "From Jennifer Boyer's financial acumen within the hotel industry and Marion Ligon's human resources success in the startup space to Christian Oliver's extensive history of product leadership and Brian Kissee's record of engineering the right customer service experience, as well as Hal Hassall's impressive marketing background, we've positioned ourselves for a period of successful development across the board."

Jennifer Boyer, vice president of financial planning and analysis joins Groups360 after three years as the vice president of finance at Advanced Network Solutions and more than 10 years at Gaylord Entertainment. Her experience within the hotel industry will play a vital role as Groups360 scales its efforts.

The new Groups360 vice president of human resources, Marion Ligon, previously served as a director within the human resources team at SmileDirectClub. With more than ten years as a human resources consultant, Ligon's expertise will steer Groups360's acquisition and on-boarding of new talent.

Product development is a key component of bringing the Groups360 vision to life, and the addition of Christian Oliver as the vice president of product is an instrumental part of this effort. Formerly chief product officer for LASSO Workforce, Oliver has more than a decade of experience leading product efforts for SaaS (software as a service) companies.

Brian Kissee, the new director of customer success comes to Groups360 from his role as the director of the SmileDirectClub center of excellence, serving as the architect for the fast-growing startup's customer service program. Kissee's more than 15 years of customer service experience and 15 years operating in the hotel industry at Marriott International, MGM Resorts International, and Gaylord Entertainment, combine to make him uniquely suited for this role.

Rounding out the leadership expansion is Hal Hassall, the new vice president of marketing, who joins Groups360 as the former Chief Marketing Officer of Relode, another disruptive SaaS company. Hassall has more than forty years of marketing expertise and previously worked with Groups360, allowing him to hit the ground running with knowledge of the organization and the meetings industry.

"At Groups360 it's our mission to make group travel simple, which isn't as easy as you might think," said David Kloeppel, executive chairman for Groups360. "These additions to our leadership team are an important step in continuing to bring that mission to life."
