Hotel One Sixty-Six required a PMS that offered the simplicity of a SaaS solution with the ability to improve the guest journey throughout the property. Agilysys' innovative cloud-based PMS, rGuest Stay, brings an easy to use browser-based UI and robust guest-centric capabilities, delivering fast time to value and a superior guest experience. The addition of rGuest Pay ensures secure guest payment transactions and seamless integration to rGuest Stay.

Located in downtown Chicago, Hotel One Sixty-Six embodies a modern upscale boutique hotel experience with an irreplaceable location adjacent to the most famous street in the city, Michigan Avenue. The property offers 216 newly renovated over-sized guestrooms and suites, and over 2,700 SF of meeting and event space. The location is a gateway to a vast array of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, with scenic walks to a thriving theater district and Lake Michigan's parks and beaches. Hotel One Sixty-Six is also centrally located next to numerous corporate headquarters, businesses, hospitals, and universities.
