DALLAS, TEXAS - IDM Hospitality, a Madison, Wis. based company, has selected OpenKey to provide a contactless guest journey within the IDM Hospitality portfolio. IDM currently manages a portfolio of independent and boutique hotels across the Midwest. OpenKey is the industry standard for Digital Key in hotels.
