Franklin, Tenn. - Quore, a leading hospitality-technology company, today announced the promotions of three senior leaders within the organization - Scott Barber, Richard Bradbury, and Flip Lukens. This is part of Quore’s growth strategy to cultivate internal talent and strengthen the long-term flexibility of their product.

Scott Schaedle, Quore Founder and CEO commented, “Quore recognizes talent and hard work. Scott Barber, former Director of Technology, was promoted to Chief Technology Officer, a new role to Quore. Barber joined Quore in 2020 and brought with him a proven track record of technical accomplishments and extensive management experience. In his new role, Barber will continue to manage Quore’s technology stack and development teams, and will also assume the lead in all development and technology functions.

Richard Bradbury joined Quore in 2019 as Vice President of Strategy and Alliances and will now transition to become Quore’s Vice President of Product. Richard has worked in the hospitality industry for 40+ years, a decade of which was dedicated to product management. As the VP of Product, Richard will work closely with Scott Barber to create and execute upon the product roadmap.

Formerly Sr. Director of Customer Experience, Flip Lukens was promoted to VP of Operations in support of COO, David Fox. Lukens came to Quore in 2018 and transformed the customer support and training teams and strategy into what it is today. In addition to managing Quore’s Customer Success Team, Lukens’ new role will include administrative, operational and procedural projects including shared services, policies and procedures and general office administration.

Schaedle adds, “Quore has made many advancements over the last few months in building the foundation to grow and create a more flexible product. In their new roles, Richard, Scott, and Flip will maintain that momentum to help us build a world-class solution for our customers.”
