Are you among the millions that crave coffee in the morning? Do you find that just the aroma of roasting coffee beans fuels an immediate pep in your step?

According to the National Coffee Association (NCA), you aren’t alone. The NCA has tracked coffee drinking habits in the U.S. for more than 50 years, and their latest research shows that as recently as fall 2021, Americans drink more than 650 million cups of coffee each day. Not only that, but coffee now outranks water, juice and even soda as a go-to favorite for Americans.

Across Hilton properties, there are a myriad of ways to enjoy this beloved brewed beverage — whether it’s an icy cold mix, a rare specialty blend, or an alcoholic beverage flavored with the good stuff.

In honor of International Coffee Day, five of our professional mixologists have shared their favorite recipes for coffee — or coffee-inspired — drinks that you can brew up at home.

The Coffee Berry from Hilton Bogota

“The Coffee Berry was born with the idea of mixing the flavors of Colombia, represented in its coffee and a wild fruit such as the blackberry” Mixologist Jair Bonilla from Hilton Bogota says. “It is precisely the mixture of these two flavors — coffee and blackberry — that makes it a unique drink.”
