A skilled commercial director and exceptional communicator with deep industry knowledge, Custódio joins Alliants at an exciting time in the company’s expansion.
Custódio will play a key role at Alliants in serving the ever-rising demand for innovative digital solutions that enrich the customer experience, streamline operations, and optimize profitability.

In previous roles, Custódio was the Strategic Accounts Director EMEAI for Service Optimization (Hospitality) at Amadeus. This involved ownership of the overall commercial goals for the service optimization business including the HotSOS and HotSOS Housekeeping products within the EMEAI region, which later included LATAM too. He has also held directorships with ALICE and BirchStreet Systems.
Referencing his passion and hospitality-rich heritage, Custódio commented: My father worked in London’s luxury hotels for more than 40 years, mostly in F&B and concierge roles. He was at the Lanesborough Hotel for more than 17 years and that is where I started my career too whilst still at university. The operational side of hospitality, especially the concierge environment, is very dear to me.
He added: I look at things and think everything is possible. There is always a way. That’s the concierge way, the hospitality way and the Alliants Way. Hospitality is all about communication and you can’t communicate effectively with your guests unless you’re communicating effectively internally. I think Alliants’ products and services are all about strengthening those bridges.
