Strong Performance, Rising Costs for EMEA's Hotel Market
Only three EMEA destinations saw RevPAR and GOPPAR declines, with Eastern and Southern Europe leading regional growth despite rising construction costs.
The EMEA hotel market posted another strong year in 2025, and the latest edition of the EMEA Hotels Monitor (Issue 37), published in partnership with RLB, Whitebridge Hospitality, and HotStats, has the data to back it up.
Just three destinations across the region recorded declines in RevPAR and GOPPAR, with Eastern and Southern Europe standing out as particularly strong performers. Construction costs continue to climb across much of the Middle East and Africa, while falling energy prices in Europe are offering some welcome relief on margins.
Issue 37 covers hotel performance trends, construction costs, transactions, and yields in depth — with insight that goes beyond top-line revenue to examine the quality and sustainability of earnings. Essential reading for investors, developers, owners, and operators active across EMEA.
