Reeco Expands Leadership Team as Customer Adoption Surpasses 1,000 Properties Ahead of Hunter Conference & HotelPoint

Paul Bennie promoted to Senior Vice President of Revenue; Katie Adgent joins as Vice President of Marketing; Zander Srodes joins as Head of Enterprise Sales as operators modernize back-of-house tech

Company now serves 1,000+ properties across 90+ management companies after 15× growth in 2025, adding three senior executives.

MIAMI, FL — Reeco, the AI-driven procure-to-pay platform built for the hospitality industry, today announced the promotion of Paul Bennie to Senior Vice President of Revenue, along with the addition of Katie Adgent as Vice President of Marketing and Zander Srodes as Head of Enterprise Sales. The leadership expansion comes as the company continues its rapid growth, increasing 15× in 2025 and now supporting more than 1,000 hospitality customers across over 90 management companies as operators increasingly modernize procurement, purchasing, and financial workflows.

Bennie, who joined Reeco in 2025, has played a key role in building the company’s commercial organization and expanding its presence among hotel ownership groups, management companies, and enterprise operators. In his new role as Senior Vice President of Revenue, he will oversee global revenue strategy, including sales, partnerships, and customer growth, as Reeco continues to scale across the hospitality ecosystem.

“The hospitality industry is going through a major technology shift, and we’re seeing operators move quickly to modernize the systems that run their businesses,” said Paul Bennie, Senior Vice President of Revenue at Reeco. “Our growth reflects the demand for connected platforms that bring visibility, efficiency, and financial control to the back of house. I’m excited to welcome Katie Adgent and Zander Srodes as we continue building the team needed to support the next phase of expansion.”

Adgent joins Reeco as Vice President of Marketing, bringing more than a decade of experience leading brand, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Marketing at Quore, where she built the company’s marketing organization and led award-winning brand and growth initiatives that helped establish the company as a leading operations platform for hotels. At Reeco, she will lead global marketing strategy and brand development as the company expands its presence among enterprise hospitality organizations.

Srodes joins as Head of Enterprise Sales, bringing experience across both hotel operations and hospitality technology. He previously held leadership roles on property with organizations including Travel + Leisure Co., Aramark, Omni Hotels & Resorts, and Aparium Hotel Group before moving into hospitality technology, where he worked in enterprise sales at Transcendent, later part of Actabl. At Reeco, he will focus on expanding adoption among ownership groups, management companies, and multi-property operators.

As adoption grows across larger portfolios, operators are increasingly turning to connected procurement and finance platforms to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and gain real-time visibility across purchasing and accounts payable.

“Hospitality operators have been managing millions of dollars of purchasing through systems that frankly haven’t kept up with the way modern portfolios operate,” said Rob Sadoff, Principal & Co-founder of Scarlett Hotel Group. “Our industry needs to start working smarter and embracing technology so the next generation of hoteliers can operate with tools that reflect what they’re already used to in their everyday lives. Reeco brings everything into one connected platform, giving us the real-time visibility and control we need across our portfolio.”

Members of the Reeco leadership team, including Bennie and Adgent, will attend the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference in Atlanta, March 16–18, while Srodes will meet with customers and partners at HotelPoint, March 15–18, as the company continues to expand its presence among ownership groups, management companies, and enterprise operators.
