Mexico City — As part of Tianguis Turístico 2026, Posadas announced the consolidation of its strategy within the luxury segment, highlighting the addition of Izla by Fiesta Americana Isla Mujeres as one of its most significant developments in the Mexican Caribbean.

Located along the turquoise waters of Isla Mujeres, Izla by Fiesta Americana offers an experience centered on privacy, wellness, and connection with the natural surroundings. Featuring 122 rooms and suites with private balconies, the hotel presents an offering focused on culinary experiences, wellness, and celebration spaces, positioning itself as a distinctive option for travelers seeking a more intimate and authentic experience in the destination.

This addition joins several upcoming openings that will further strengthen Posadas’ presence in strategic destinations. Among them is Live Aqua Centro Histórico Mexico City, which will reinforce the company’s positioning in the upscale urban segment, as well as Grand Fiesta Americana Riviera Maya, scheduled to open in early November, expanding its offerings in one of the country’s most important tourism destinations while elevating the all-inclusive experience.

At the same time, the company has strengthened its portfolio with concepts such as Devossion by Live Aqua, its first adults-only all-inclusive resort focused on lifestyle experiences, and Sunvivia by Fiesta Americana in Mazatlán, which introduces a concept centered on wellness and family connection. With these openings, the hotel group will add approximately 7% in new rooms and suites to its portfolio, further strengthening its positioning in key tourism destinations throughout the year.

Additionally, Posadas is driving the evolution of its offerings through the development of 25 exclusive experiences that will be introduced across various properties in the coming weeks, ranging from immersive culinary experiences to cultural tours, aligned with the global trend toward more personalized, value-driven tourism.
