HVS Europe Hotel Transactions Bulletin - Week Ending 26 June 2026

HVS Europe's weekly bulletin covers three deals: OneIM/AENDRE/LHC buying The Other House London hotels from APG, Revelop acquiring 10 Swedish budget hotels, and Leonardo Hotels opening a 510-room timber-built hotel at Vienna Airport.

OneIM, AENDRE and LHC acquire The Other House hotels in London from APG

American investment manager One Investment Management (OneIM), together with London-based hotel developer and operator AENDRE Group and London-based investment platform Lifestyle Hospitality Capital (LHC), has acquired the three The Other House-branded hotels (588 rooms), all located in London, UK, from Dutch pension fund APG. The transaction includes the four-star, 236-room The Other House South Kensington, the five-star, 146-room The Other House Covent Garden, which is due to open next year and the five-star, 206-room The Other House Belgravia Police Station, which is currently under development. The Other House was launched in 2019 as a serviced apartment brand that combines the amenities and design of a boutique hotel and private members club. The new owners reportedly intend to reposition the assets under a new luxury wellness brand.

Revelop acquires 10 hotels in Sweden

Swedish real estate investment company Revelop has acquired a portfolio of 10 Good Morning Hotels-branded budget hotels (1,080 rooms) in Sweden. The properties are spread across Sweden’s major metropolitan regions and typically include a restaurant and bar. Swedish operator Ligula Hospitality will continue operating the hotels. The portfolio offers value-add potential through selective capital expenditure, operational optimisation and active asset management.

Leonardo acquires Vienna Airport hotel development

Leonardo Hotels, the European division of the Israeli owner-operator Fattal Hotel Group, has acquired a newly developed 510-room hotel at Vienna Airport in Austria, that was originally planned to be branded as the Vienna House Easy by Wyndham. Completed at the end of 2025 and officially opened as the Leonardo Smart Hotel Vienna Airport last week on 25 June 2026, the property was developed by Austrian developer Mamma Group and constructed in just 13 months, as the world's largest hotel built entirely from wood. The opening of the Leonardo Smart Hotel Vienna Airport marks the launch of Leonardo Hotels' new Leonardo Smart brand, which combines sustainable design, smart technology and functional comfort to deliver a seamless, efficient travel experience.
