Windsor Aughtry managed all aspects of the project, engaging Lionberger Construction as general contractor and AK Design Group as interior designer. The hotel continues to be operated by long-time management company partner Hospitality America. The renovation encompassed a comprehensive refresh of guestrooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces. Throughout the property, guests will find a refreshed and updated aesthetic which includes new furnishings, finishes, lighting, and technology. The hotel's fitness center was also upgraded with new flooring and all-new equipment.

Hampton by Hilton Roanoke Downtown marked the completion of the renovation with a grand opening event celebrating the hotel’s refreshed look and its role in the downtown Roanoke community.
