The 14-story, 260-room full-service hotel is scheduled to undergo a comprehensive renovation and is expected to be converted to the Hyatt Regency brand upon completion later this year. The property features a business center, fitness center, outdoor pool, club lounge, on-site restaurant and over 10,000 square feet of meeting space.

Located in the heart of Mission Valley, the hotel offers guests convenient access to the San Diego International Airport, San Diego State University, Snapdragon Stadium, and iconic attractions, including SeaWorld, Balboa Park, and the San Diego Zoo.

Following a transformational renovation of the property, the hotel is expected to convert to the Hyatt Regency brand by the end of the year. All guestrooms, meeting and event spaces, public areas, food-and-beverage outlets, and overall guest experience will reposition the property at the top of the San Diego market. The hotel will remain open throughout the renovation process.
