PM Hotel Group, a Top-15 hospitality management platform celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2026, announced it has commenced management of The Quoin Hotel & Restaurant, a 24-room luxury boutique hotel set within a reimagined 1885 brownstone in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington, Delaware.
The Quoin Hotel & Restaurant pairs richly layered design with an elevated guest experience, anchored by a wood-fired Northern Italian restaurant, a craft cocktail lounge and Wilmington's first rooftop bar. The property's culinary and design programming positions it as a distinctive addition to the city's historic downtown district.
