Aimbridge Hospitality Selected by Prospect Ridge and Fulcrum Hospitality to Manage 10-Hotel Portfolio
Expanded partnership builds on Aimbridge's track record with institutional owners
Aimbridge assumes management of 10 Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt select-service hotels owned by a Prospect Ridge and Fulcrum Hospitality joint venture, spanning seven U.S. states.
Aimbridge Hospitality, the world’s leading third-party hotel management company, today announced that it has assumed management responsibilities for 10 hotels owned by a joint venture involving Prospect Ridge and Fulcrum Hospitality.
The newly added hotels span Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt select-service brands and are located across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Maryland, Texas and West Virginia – extending Aimbridge’s footprint in several of its core operating markets.

Several of the hotels are located in or near major university markets, including Auburn University, the University of Florida and West Virginia University. A number of the assets have recently undergone renovations, while the remaining are set to undergo planned property improvement projects within the next few years.
