[Dallas, 8 October 2026] – White Rainbow, a portfolio of boutique hotels primarily in the Adirondacks, has selected Mews, the operating system for hospitality, to run property management, revenue management and housekeeping across its growing collection. The move replaces a patchwork of individual, property-by-property systems with a single platform built to manage the portfolio as it expands.
White Rainbow began in 2020, when founder Yuri Bouharevich left city life in Houston for the Adirondacks, drawn to the idea of building hospitality around a deeper connection to nature. The company seeks out underutilized hotels in exceptional outdoor settings, reimagining each one as its own distinct property under a shared motto: stay remarkable. What started as a single hotel has grown to eight properties across the Adirondacks, Montana and Vermont.
As the portfolio grew into a multi-state collection, White Rainbow found itself managing each hotel on its own separate system, with no real way to see the business as a whole. The company moved seven of its eight properties onto Mews, drawn to how easily the systems share data with each other. It now runs Mews PMS, Mews RMS and Flexkeeping, a Mews company, for housekeeping. With a distributed team working across properties and shifts, White Rainbow needed technology its staff, including longtime team members new to Mews, could pick up quickly without heavy retraining.
On the guest side, White Rainbow connects its keyless entry system through the Mews Marketplace, so guests can check in on their own schedule. Behind the scenes, White Rainbow has built its own automated reporting on top of Mews data, so its team can check reservations, review occupancy and build pro formas without digging through separate systems.
"Every hotel we take on has its own story, and our job is to bring that out. To keep doing that as we grow, we need the operation underneath to be simple and consistent. Mews lets us focus on the guest experience and on what makes each property unique," said Yuri Bouharevich, Founder and CEO of White Rainbow.
"Every property sits on one system, so bringing on a new hotel or working across the portfolio is simple, and our team can do it from wherever they are," said Ethan Thomas, Head of Development at White Rainbow.
"White Rainbow has built something distinctive: boutique hotels that run efficiently with lean, often fully remote teams, without losing the personal touch guests expect," said Michael Coscetta, President of Mews. "As they've grown from a single hotel to a fast-expanding portfolio across the Adirondacks and beyond, Mews gives their team one operating system to manage every property consistently, wherever they're working from. It's exactly the kind of independent operator we built Mews to support."
White Rainbow expects to bring its newest property, the Grey Fox Inn in Stowe, Vermont, onto Mews by the end of October, and will continue expanding into new markets as it grows beyond its original Adirondacks footprint.
