Highline Hospitality Partners Acquires Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods

Highline Hospitality Partners (“HHP”), the hospitality investment platform launched by Highline Real Estate Partners, today announced the acquisition of the Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods. The acquisition marks HHP’s 23rd hotel investment and sixth acquisition of 2026. 

The 125-room Courtyard is located directly across the parking lot from the Pittsburgh Marriott North, which HHP acquired in February. The acquisition brings the two properties under common ownership and management, creating opportunities for operational efficiencies and synergies across both hotels. 

Originally built in 2012, the Courtyard recently completed a comprehensive renovation of its guestrooms and public spaces, including new case goods and soft goods and updated paint throughout the property in accordance with current Courtyard by Marriott brand standards. The hotel features The Bistro with Starbucks coffee, a 24-hour convenience store, indoor pool and fitness center, outdoor courtyard with lounge seating and firepits, business center, guest laundry and 930 square feet of meeting space in the Arbor Room, which accommodates up to 60 guests. 

With the acquisition, HHP now owns a portfolio of 23 hotels comprising more than 5,600 guestrooms and approximately $1.7 billion in hospitality assets under management. HHP also provides third-party asset management services for four additional hotels on behalf of an institutional ownership group, bringing the total number of hospitality properties overseen by the firm to 26. 

HHP has engaged Avion Hospitality to manage the Courtyard, expanding its existing relationship with the management company, which also operates the Pittsburgh Marriott North on behalf of HHP.
