Alena Stavnjak has been appointed as Spa Director at 1 Hotel South Beach

The highly competitve market of luxury hotel brands along South Beach sees trends come and go. With the addition of Alena Stavnjak as Director of Spa, the outlook for 1 Hotel looks set to be the location to stay for years to come. Alena was the Executive Director of Spa & Wellness at Viceroy Hotel across Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami before her move. Her expertise and natural ability to create the luxury style won her Best North American Spa 2015 as well as Best Spa in Florida 2015. With over 20 internal and public awards under her direction, Alena's resume reads like a blueprint for all spas to follow in envy. Among one of her signature achievments that repeats year after year regardless of property location is her ability to increase profits from 30% to over 120% in time frames as short as one quarter. Alena is a product of years of Ritz Carlton training dating back to 2002. She has worked for the Marriott brand Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas, Sarasota, Tyson's Corner D.C, Fort Lauderdale, South Beach and opened ESPA at Istanbul Edition.
