Chrystalle Anger has been appointed as Director of Front Services at OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort & OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort

OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group appointed Chrystalle Anger Area Director of Front Services at OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort & OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, effective July 23, 2024.

In her new role, Anger will direct all phases of guest and host relations for the front desk and bell services and is responsible for staff development and financial management planning related to scheduling and ordering.

She brings 11 years of hospitality experience to the position, most recently with the Marriott Boston Copley Place, where she was the Assistant Director of Front Office tasked with driving guest satisfaction, increasing profitability and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Anger earned her hospitality certification from Florida Atlantic University and was based in Hawai'i for several years, holding positions ranging from Arrival Manager at the Royal Hawaiian to Restaurant Manager at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa and F&B Supervisor at the Sheraton Kaua'i Resort.

Chrystalle Anger is an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University (FAU) .
