A seasoned executive hotel professional, Mr. Carpenter brings over a decade of experience managing hotels and resorts to Three Waters Resort & Marina. In his previous role at the 4-star Ocean Key Resort & Spa in Key West, Michael-David led his team to meet all their guest satisfaction and quality assurance goals. Additionally, MD played a crucial role in the successful launch of the first franchised Kimpton in 2019, achieving the highest guest satisfaction rating across the brand.
