Ivan Acevedo has been appointed as Director of Culinary at Trump International Beach Resort
A new culinary chapter is taking shape at Trump International Beach Resort, where Chef Ivan Acevedo is bringing his South Florida experience, hospitality expertise and deeply personal approach to food to the resort's culinary operation. Born in Nicaragua and raised in the United States, Acevedo brings extensive experience from leading hospitality brands and South Florida properties, including Groot Hospitality, Seagate Hotel & Beach Club Delray Beach, Fontainebleau Hotel, Mandarin Oriental, Loews Hotels and W South Beach.
Inspired by his mother and shaped by mentors Chef Frédéric Delaire and Chef Thomas Connell, Acevedo has built his career around disciplined culinary leadership, team development and a genuine passion for hospitality. He has also participated in the South Beach Wine & Food Festival for multiple years, contributing to one of the country's most recognized culinary events.
Now at Trump International Beach Resort, Chef Acevedo is focused on bringing his experience and vision to the property's culinary operation as the resort continues its evolution.
