Fabian Bornefeld has been appointed as cluster director of human resources for two Four Points by Sheraton properties in Dubai. Bornefeld will assume his complex duties at the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road and Four Points by Sheraton Downtown. He started his career as rooms management trainee at The Phoenician, Scottsdale, USA in 1995. Bornefeld’s experience spans more than two decades during which he has worked at both Starwood and Marriott properties in positions such as human resources manager, compensations and benefits manager etc. Prior to joining the complex properties, Bornefeld held the position of regional human resources director, Constance Lemuria Seychelles since 2015.
