Leslie Bloznalis Ellis has been appointed as Director of Group and Catering Sales at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota
The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, the area's premier 5-star resort and luxury landmark, is pleased to announce the appointment of Leslie Bloznalis Ellis as the property's Director of Group and Catering Sales. In her role, Bloznalis Ellis will spearhead sales for the hotel's group events, as well as oversee weddings, social events, and corporate catering gatherings.
A dynamic and enthusiastic sales executive, Bloznalis Ellis began her career with the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay before joining the Marriott brand at Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club in 2007. A loyal talent for the past 16 years, Bloznalis Ellis exceeded in various positions within the company before joining the Tampa Marriott Water Street in 2013. Bloznalis Ellis was part of the opening team at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street and then transitioned to the Assistant Director of Sales for the Water Street Collection, successfully leading her team to the South Sales Team of the Year in 2021.
